| | The CalgaryAPLN chapter currently uses a traditional web site to communicate with its members ( www.calgaryapln.org) . I would like to transition this site to a Sharepoint site, off the main APLN Sharepoint site, but do not want to have to create ID’s for all our members and potential members.
Can someone explain how to create an open access Sharepoint site that anyone can browse to and access... |

| | I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not we can count our APLN chapter meetings towards PMI PDUs? I have had a few people ask. I havent been to the PMI site to check there.
thanks

| | Julie,
I don't know. Do people get credit for PMI Chapter meetings? I know for workshops there are "official" PDU's from accredited sources and "unofficial" PDU's from other relavent workshops, but I'm not plugged into PMI. I'll ask Mike Griffiths.

| | Yes, attendance of APLN meetings does qualify for PDU’s.
Under the PMI’s Continuing Certification Requirements, up to 15 PDUs per 3 year cycle can be claimed under “Category 2 - Self Directed Learning” for project management related meetings, study groups and research.
